The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore relevant background information, and identify goals you'd like to work toward. Together, we'll create a plan tailored to your unique needs.

Yes. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to answer questions, discuss your goals, and determine whether we're a good fit.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client's needs. I draw from evidence-based treatments including CBT, DBT, ERP, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation while focusing on your unique strengths, goals, and values.

Many people with OCD experience unwanted intrusive thoughts and engage in behaviors or mental rituals to reduce anxiety. If you're unsure whether what you're experiencing is OCD, anxiety, or something else, we can explore your symptoms together during an initial consultation.

Yes. ERP is considered the gold-standard treatment for OCD. Therapy may include ERP techniques alongside other evidence-based approaches to help reduce compulsions and increase confidence in managing intrusive thoughts.

Yes. I work with individuals experiencing various forms of OCD, including relationship OCD (ROCD), contamination OCD, and religious or moral scrupulosity.

Yes. Couples therapy can help partners improve communication, better understand one another's needs, break unhealthy conflict cycles, and strengthen emotional connection.

Yes. Premarital counseling can help couples build communication skills, clarify expectations, strengthen emotional intimacy, and prepare for a healthy long-term partnership.

Absolutely. You don't have to be in couples therapy to work on relationship concerns. Individual therapy can help you understand relationship patterns, attachment wounds, boundaries, and communication challenges.

Yes. I accepted a variety of insurances including Aetna, Ascension SmartHealth, BlueCross and BlueShield, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna and Evernorth amongst some others. During our initial consultation call, we will discuss your insurance provider and determine which billing platform we will use to support your insurance carrier. I am currently partnered with Headway and Grow Therapy for insurance clients.

Yes. All sessions are conducted virtually through a secure HIPAA-compliant platform, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort of your home.

I provide therapy for adolescents (11+) and adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and related issues.

Feeling nervous before your first appointment is completely normal. Starting therapy can be a vulnerable step, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable moving at your own pace.
